Our promise
If you don’t love the ghee, you get your money back. Simple. No interrogation, no “return the jar first” games.
Damaged or leaked jar
Glass jars travel in double-layer protective packing, but transit accidents happen. If your jar arrives broken or leaked, send us a photo on WhatsApp (+91 73037 04043) within 48 hours of delivery — we ship a free replacement or refund 100%, your choice.
Didn't like the taste
Taste is personal. If the ghee isn’t for you, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We refund the full product amount. Since this is a food item, you don’t need to return the opened jar — gift it to someone who’ll enjoy it.
Refund timeline
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval and reach your account in 5–7 business days depending on your bank (Razorpay processing). COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
Wrong or missing item
WhatsApp us a photo of what you received within 48 hours — we’ll fix it with priority shipping at our cost.
What's not covered
Jars reported damaged after 48 hours of delivery, or orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect. Natural graininess and colour variation between batches is a feature of bilona ghee, not a defect.
